THE SEAGRAM'S ESCAPES SPIKED WWE SUPERSTAR ENTRANCE THROWDOWN CONTEST

ELIGIBILITY: The Seagram’s Escapes Spiked WWE Superstar Entrance Throwdown Contest (“Contest”) begins at approximately 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 02/27/2026 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 03/13/2026 (“End Date”) (“Promotion Period”). Contest is open to all legal US residents except Arkansas, Maryland, Missouri and Washington who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. This Contest is sponsored by High Falls Operating Co, LLC d/b/a The Seagram Beverage Company (“Sponsor”). Employees of Sponsor along with their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), any person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, including but not limited to retailers of alcohol products, and their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in or win the Promotion. Eligibility is limited to natural individuals and therefore not open to corporations, LLCs or other business organizations, non-profits, or any groups, clubs or organizations. JUDGING CRITERIA: Sponsor will review all eligible Entries and will select a Winner from those that are creative, unique, showcase the most love for Seagram’s Escapes Spiked & WWE, and meet all the Submission Guidelines and Seagram’s Escapes Spiked brand values.

PRIZES AND DRAWINGS: On or around 03/30/2026 and subject to confirmation of eligibility, there will be one (1) Winner selected from a pool of all eligible entries received (“Winner”). The Winner will be notified by phone, text-message, email or direct message and entrants hereby consent to such notification by entering into this Contest. The Winner will be awarded the following prize (the “Prize”):

• Up to $5,000.00 for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to use towards travel and accommodations to WrestleMania in Las Vegas, NV. Travel and accommodation will be booked by Sponsor’s travel agency. • Two (2) Tickets for Winner and one (1) Guest to use for the 2-day WrestleMania event in Las Vegas, NV valued at $3,000.00.

Exact specifications of prize to be determined in collaboration with Sponsor and Sponsor’s travel agency and may vary from as described above based on availability. The approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $8,000.00. Other restrictions apply. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Prize will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain documentation from a potential Winner to prove age and residency, in which case Prize may not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses if travel and accommodations are over the $5,000 max value and for any costs and expenses not specifically stated as being included herein including, but not limited to, travel, passport fees, fees, additional services, upgrades, personal expenses, fees associated with travel documents, parking, tolls, gratuities, transportation, excursions, tips food, insurance, all taxes, surcharges, registration fees, and all other costs and expenses incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Prize. Winner and Guest must follow, and their use/receipt of the Prize is subject to, all Sponsor, airport, airline, and/or hotel, requirements and safety protocols. Sponsor will not be responsible in the event that the Winner and/or Guest is denied entry to a portion of the Prize for any reason, including for failure to comply with any applicable Sponsor, airport, airline, and/or hotel rules or safety protocols. Flight and accommodations are subject to, among other things, delay, postponement, rescheduling and cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, postponed or cancelation for any reason. In the event of postponement, rescheduling or cancellation, the Winner will be notified by Sponsor, who may substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize, to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner assumes all responsibility for Winner and Guest in the course of receiving and using the Prize. No alcohol is being awarded as a Prize.

CONDITIONS: Winner and Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Sponsor need not inform you if you have earned an entry or not. WWE shall own all rights, title and interest in and to the submitted content. All Federal, State, and local laws apply. Incomplete entries, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or entries which subvert the entry process, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will not be eligible. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period and comply with these rules and the Submission Guidelines to be eligible. Message and data rates may apply. The computer clock of the webmaster hosting the Contest is the official timekeeping device. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize. In the event there is any difference between the actual value of the Prize and the ARV, no refund for any difference will be provided. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, Winner is not entitled to the value of the difference. If requested, Winner must return to Sponsor a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If Sponsor is unable to receive personal confirmation from a Winner of being selected as a Winner within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested documents or timely respond to Sponsor’s questions by the date specified by the Sponsor, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as shown or described. No substitutions are allowed and the Prize may not be transferred, conveyed or auctioned. Prizes will be awarded unless Sponsor does not receive required documents in a timely manner in which case all Prizes may not be awarded. The acceptance or use of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued in excess of $600.00. All federal, state and other taxes are the responsibility of each Winner. Sponsor does not provide tax advice. Winner must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Winner must confirm all event attendees are 21+. Winner agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parent companies and affiliates and its respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in the Contest. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Becoming a fan or clicking the “Like” button on the Sponsor’s page does not constitute an entry into this Contest and it will not increase changes of winning. Following the Seagram’s Escapes Spiked social media accounts does not constitute an entry into this Contest and it will not increase chances of winning. ENTRANT WARRANTY AND RELEASE: Each entrant warrants that they are eligible to participate in this Contest and has the legal capacity to agree to the terms of these Official Rules. Winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages to any person (including death) or property, arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activity, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Sponsor and its agents and their respective officers, directors, and employees are not responsible for lost, late, jumbled, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or other services, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including Instagram or its affiliated companies.), including, without limitation, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error(s) in administration of the Contest, or in the selection/announcement of the prize Winners. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted where Sponsor deems fit and the prizes will be awarded via random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up until and or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination, or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Contest will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Prizes. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an “Intervening Cause”), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest or otherwise award the Prizes through a drawing from all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor’s discretion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. With regard to the Prize being awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a court, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, shall hold any of the provisions of these Official Rules to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes regarding this Contest shall be governed by New York State law and resolved in State or Federal court located in Monroe County, New York. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental and consequential damages. BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THEY MAY BRING A CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
