Jack frost Poptails
Featuring Calypso Colada
1 cup coarse sugar
2 limes, juiced
1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
6 shots tequila
3 bottles Seagram’s Escapes Calypso Colada, chilled
1 lime, thinly sliced
Divide pineapple juice amongst each of 6 ice pop molds. Place in the freezer until set, about 4 hours.
In each of 6 glasses, add ice pop, 1 shot of tequila, 6 oz Seagram’s Escapes Calypso Colada and a slice of lime. Enjoy!
In each of 2 shallow bowls, add sugar and lime juice. Dip rim of glass into lime juice, then dip into sugar, shaking off excess.
