Jamaican Me Happy Granita

A grown up, boozy snow cone? Yes, please!

Serves 4 people


  • 3 C. fresh watermelon

  • 1 bottle Seagrams Jamaican Me Happy

  • ½ cup simple syrup

  • generous pinch of salt

  • ½ of a lemon, juiced

  • ½ cup vodka (adjustable based on preference)

  • Watermelon cubes for garnish


  1. Puree watermelon in a blender.

  2. Combine with Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy, vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, and salt.

  3. Pour into a 9x13 glass or metal baking dish.

  4. Freeze for 8 hours.

  5. Scrape the mixture using a fork.

  6. Spoon mixture into glasses and garnish with watermelon cubes..
