Beat the heat with this pretty-in-pink ice pop with fresh watermelon.

  1. Divide watermelon among ten (1/3 cup) ice pop moulds.

  2. Stir together Seagram’s Jamaican Me Happy and pink lemonade; pour into moulds. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.


Substitute cherry or raspberry lemonade for pink lemonade.

If adding extra spirits to this recipe, add no more than one shot per batch or your ice pops won’t freeze!
