  • 1 can Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy

  • 1/4 cup Chamoy

  • 1 tbsp Tajin, plus more for rim

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 oz tequila

  • 2 dashes hot sauce

  • 1 lime wedge

  • Garnish with lime wedge, mint sprig, orchid


  • Add chamoy, Tajin, and brown sugar to a small bowl and whisk until combined.

  • Dip the top of an unopened Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy can into the chamoy mixture until the rim is covered.

  • Open the can and remove a small amount of liquid to make space for adding ingredients.

  • Add tequila, hot sauce, and fresh lime juice to the can.

  • Sprinkle with Tajin and garnish with a lime wedge, mint sprig, and orchid. Enjoy immediately!
