Lemon Drop Martini

Give the classic lemon drop martini a pink twist with Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy.

• 1 - 7.5oz can Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy
• 1 oz citrus vodka
• Half lemon, juiced
• Pink sanding sugar or sugar of choice, for rim
• Sliced lemon and watermelon, for garnish

• Add pink sanding sugar to a shallow dish. Run a lemon slice along the rim of a cocktail glass, coating with juice. Dip glass into sugar to coat the rim, set aside.
• Add citrus vodka, lemon juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
• Strain cocktail mixture into the prepared cocktail glass. Top up the glass with Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy.
• If desired, garnish with a watermelon and lemon slice. Enjoy!
