Peach Gin Float

Featuring Peach Bellini

Serves 1


  • 1 Bottle Seagram’s Escapes Peach Bellini

  • 1 oz Gin

  • 3 Scoops Peach Sorbet

  • Juice of Half a Lemon

  • 4 Mint Leaves, plus more for garnish


  • Add mint leaves and lemon juice to a glass and gently muddle with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.

  • Add gin and half the bottle of Seagram’s Escapes Peach Bellini and stir.

  • Add peach sorbet and top off with the remaining Peach Bellini.

  • Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy.
