PREP TIME

10 minutes + 4 hours freezing time

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle Seagram’s Escapes Peach Bellini
  • 3/4 cup sweetened iced green tea
  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey
  • Half lemon, juiced
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 bunch mint

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Seagram’s Escapes Peach Bellini, green tea, whiskey, and lemon juice in a pitcher.
  2. Add 2 peach slices and 2-3 mint leaves to each popsicle mold. Fill each mold with the peach mixture. Insert sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
