Watermelon Wave

Featuring Jamaican Me Happy

Ingredients

  • 4 bottles Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy

  • 1 Cup Coarse Salt

  • Zest of 3 Lemons

  • Juice of 3 Lemons

  • Drink Pitcher

  • 4oz Watermelon Juice

  • 4oz Gin

  • 2oz Grenadine

  • 2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Cocktail Toothpicks

  • Slices of fresh fruit – Strawberries, Watermelon, Lemon, Lime

Directions

  • Add salt, lemon zest, lemon juice to bowl and mix well.

  • Spread mixture on baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • Bake lemon sea salt mixture at 300°F for 5 minutes, toss, then bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes if needed

  • While lemon sea salt mixture is baking, combine watermelon juice, gin, Seagram’s Escapes Jamaican Me Happy, grenadine, and fresh lemon juice in a pitcher to create the Watermelon Wave

  • Remove lemon sea salt mixture from oven

  • Coat rim of glass with fresh lemon juice by running lemon across the rim and coat rim with lemon sea salt mixture

  • Pour Seagram’s Escapes Watermelon Wave Cocktail into glass, garnish with fresh fruit on cocktail toothpicks, and enjoy!
