Featuring Jamaican Me Happy
This batch cocktail is perfect for hot summer nights.
4 oz. of Gin
4 oz. of watermelon juice
2 oz. grenadine
2 oz. fresh lemon juice
strawberries, guava and watermelon cubes skewered for garnish
lemon salt for garnish
Take 4 pack of Seagram's Escapes Jamaican Me Happy, 4 oz. of gin, 4 oz. of watermelon juice, 2 oz. or grenadine, and 2 oz. or lemon juice. stir in a pitcher.
Serve in glasses with salted rim that are filled with ice.
Garnish with a fruit skewer (strawberries, guava and watermelon).
Make lemon sea salt by zesting 3 lemons, juicing 3 lemons and combining with 1 cup coarse salt.
Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Let cool and break up if necessary.
Use to rim cocktail glasses.
